JavaScript Job: Backend Developer - Node.js - JavaScript - Microse

Your Tasks

• MAIN TASK: You will develop and maintain backend components for our inhouse software “Remdash” and will work closely with our Tech Team along the whole development process (requirements to deployment).
• SCALING: You will take care of processing large amounts of data within our backend microservice infrastructure.
• MODERN ARCHITECTURE: You will use state-of-the-art technologies to ensure an effective backend development.
• OWN PROJECTS: Within our Tech Team you will work on your own projects and be responsible for their start, implementation and final completion.

Your Profile

• EDUCATION AND STUDIES: You have completed an apprenticeship or university degree in computer sciences, media or a similar background or are self-studied in this area. What matters most is that you are passionate about your job.
• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the backend implementation of high-quality web applications with Node.js.
• KNOW-HOW: Very good knowledge in Javascript (Typescript) and Node.js is a must, experience with MongoDB/NoSQL and microservice API’s is an advantage. You can handle large amounts of data and have developed a scalable REST API.
• HANDS-ON MENTALITY & MOTIVATION: You are always motivated to expand your knowledge, work solution-oriented, and perceive challenges as opportunities.
• LANGUAGE: You are fluent in English. German skills are nice-to-have but not a must-have. Other languages are an advantage.
